The plan begins with a single move: a 132-foot board-formed concrete wall, cast in vertical 1×12 cedar formwork and left raw. Three timber pavilions — living, sleeping, working — dock against it. A continuous 9-foot ceiling runs the length of the house; floor-to-ceiling glass on the south face dissolves into a 60-foot lap pool and the canyon beyond.
